25 years in television. 11 years as Co-Founder and CEO of the Brown Bob Group with offices in London, Manchester and Wales. Nicki has spent her career where creativity meets commercial reality, and she's built companies that prove the two belong together.
She's worked with major broadcasters and distributors to create lasting IP and commercial deals that continue to generate value today. Her superpower? Taking a raw idea and making it commercial, sellable, and makeable with a life far beyond the initial concept.
